How can I share in a few words what God means to me? Once you become a born-again Christian by believing in your heart that Jesus died for your sin and you accept Him as your personal Savior you realize how religious religion truly is. Religion is man-made as man just does not seem to be able to accept God's grace. Religion is earning Heaven, but knowing Jesus Christ as your own is simply accepting God's grace (God doing us a favor). Salvation is insulting to man's intelligence. We think being good must be the way to Heaven especially since most everyone believes this. According to God's Word Satan rules the earth, but God is alive and well and is working out His plan in and through all believers. My hope is in God! The Lord has set me free from the prison of fear and alcohol. I walk with the Lord daily and His Holy Spirit guides me and comforts me. When you know the Lord the spiritual void inside of you becomes filled with God Himself and life takes on an eternal meaning. The life we live on this earth begins to make more and more sense as you get to know the Lord more and more. My faith is more than just head beliefs. Even Satan believes in Jesus Christ. It's a spiritual matter of the heart and changes take place when God comes to live inside of you. If your hope is not in God through Jesus Christ I would definitely think about it because eternity is a very long time.
